Will Kelly is a senior technical writer, business analyst, and instructional designer based in the Washington, DC area. He enjoys working with development and operations teams and has experience handling all facets of technical documentation development while freeing up programmers, engineers, and project managers to create the next big thing. Backing up his technical writing experience is SharePoint site management, documentation management, and training development experience.
He is currently seeking a full time or long term contract senior technical writer position in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area. He is also open to telecommuting and remote projects.
