Will Kelly is an accomplished senior technical writer who has stand out experience developing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation, operations guides, software architecture documentation, policies and procedures documents, user guides/job aids, and online help.

He isn’t one of those technical writers that need to always work from Subject Matter Expert (SME) authored drafts. Will knows how to work the angles when learning and documenting new software and processes.
