My technical writing experience includes everything from user guides through system administration and operation guides. I am a proactive self starter with a strong track record of taking charge of technical documentation projects.

I am comfortable with new and emerging technologies. In fact, two current freelance projects are giving me experience with Microsoft Windows Vista and the Microsoft Office 2007 system.
