I had a front seat to the rise of enterprise mobility management (EMM) and had opportunities to meet some of the leaders in the field. ight now, I’m paying particular attention to the changing mobile security landscape.
Cloud & Managed Services
y current position lets me pursue my interests in the cloud and managed services in particular. Right now, I’m particularly interested in how managed services can transform federal government IT.
had opportunities to write about software as a service (SaaS) in the past but now focus more on platform as a service (PaaS) and infrastructure as a service ((IaaS) on AWS and Azure. 2018 goal of mine is to build up my cloud body of work so it rivals my enterprise mobility writing experience.

Often by day, I was working with Microsoft SharePoint or Atlassian Confluence to manage documents and other content. Gathering information from subject matter experts and stakeholders often meant navigating corporate political landscapes. Then I had the opportunity to write about my observations and lessons learned. I plan to write more about collaboration in 201
